By accessing or using AutoPilot AI ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and legally able to enter contracts. By using AutoPilot AI, you confirm you meet these requirements.
2. Account
- Provide accurate registration information
- Keep your credentials secure
- You're responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use AutoPilot AI to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Reverse engineer or scrape the platform
- Resell or sublicense access without permission
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or paywalls
4. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by AutoPilot AI is produced by artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated content appropriately.
Legal documents generated by our tools are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional legal advice. Consult a licensed attorney before using any legal document for binding purposes.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
- Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew
- Cancel anytime — no further charges after cancellation
- Pricing may change with 30 days notice to active subscribers
- Payments processed by Stripe
6. Free Trial & Refunds
We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. After the trial period ends, subscriptions are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at support@autopilotai.io.
7. Intellectual Property
You own the content you input. You own the AI-generated output produced from your inputs. AutoPilot AI retains all rights to the platform, tools, code, and brand.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that AI outputs will meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of Liability
AutoPilot AI's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel anytime. Upon termination, access to the platform ends immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes shall be resolved in Ohio courts.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Active users will be notified of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
